Jamaican reggae duo Chaka Demus and Pliers best known for their hit "Tease Me" will be in Port Harcourt for Africas Biggest Carnival - CARNIRIV2013.
They will perform alongside the best of popular Nigerian artistes like PSquare, Terry G, Davido, MI, KCEE, Burna Boy...and many more...
The aim of the carnival is to promote the cultural heritage of the State.
